There are no perfectly right angles in our house. None.
Sea monkeys are actual living things.
I don't miss winter weather as much as I thought I would.
Steve Burns is shorter than you think.
Referring to other members of my family as "you people" is a sign that I'm spending too much time with them, and is often a warning sign of an impending rant about a) the volume of laundry b) the position of the toilet seat or c) a mysterious substance that has been tracked all over the kitchen floor.
Big Star was a great band. But Alex Chilton and Alex Winter are two different people.

What a year!
I'm one of those people that types faster than I think, leading to lots of typos and letter substitutions. I've even committed the horrible crime of typing "hear" when I mean "here" or "its" instead of "it's".
Shame on me. I've even read Eats Shoots and Leaves and cringed at the terrible crimes listed...then gone on to commit them myself.
Happy New Yere! :)
Happy New Yere back at you, Gwyneth!
And I'm sure there's some spelling or grammatical error hiding in this entry which makes my hang-up entirely hypocritical. I need to read Eats Shoots and Leaves.
HAHH - I'm definately sooo guilty of misspelling definitely! For some reason, I can't remember how to spell surprise, either. Duh!
Luv the pic of you and Steve! I've been meaning check to see if he's making more music these days - my son and I LOVE the song "I Hog The Ground" he did with Steven from the Flaming Lips. LOVE IT!!!! I am definately suprised at how much we love it.
